Welcome to The Allen Glasgow Signature Studios. We hope you will enjoy your visit here. Our studio is unique in that we create art with a high speed dental drill, the ultimate in high speed technology. We do engraving, micro sandblasting, and air brushing. We engrave on wood, glass, crystal, metal, stone, egg shells, auto windows, wine bottles, and one of our most popular form of art is gunstock engraving.
The President and Resident Artist is Steven Glasgow, an award winning artist. Allen Glasgow is CEO and owner of the company. Steven uses his natural abilities as an artist to bring about expression in the art being created. “Magnificent”, “excellent”, and “awesome” are just some of the adjectives people have used to describe his work. We are members of the Roanoke Valley Chamber of Commerce and also the I & E Network, a division of Profitable Hobbies, the Halifax County Arts Council, and Preservation Halifax. We are constantly researching new ideas related to unusual art, gifts for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and holiday and other special occasions. We attend and participate in Business Expos, Bridal Expos, Outdoor Festivals, Trade Shows, and Up-Scale Flea Markets. We have a vast array of pictures to offer our clients.
The Allen Glasgow Signature Studios creates custom engraving for many occasions such as awards, thank-you gifts, and memorabilia. We engrave on glass, crystal, metal, stone, egg shells, auto glass, and wood. One of our specialties is custom gun stock engraving and creating Christmas ornaments using a micro-sandblasting technique. Specialty gifts include incorporating a personal message, a child’s image or birth foot prints on a gift. Another specialty is engraving on Wine Bottles for individuals to give as gifts. Our engraving systems and our artists are able to take your ideas and designs and incorporate them into a gift of distinction.
